MYCELIUM consortium obtains funding

The MYCELIUM consortium obtained final approval for EU subsidy from Kansen voor West. Six parties cooperate in this project, which all work with mycelium to obtain sustainable products for a circular economy. A key point is the energy efficient sterilization: the goal is to obtain 70% less energy consumption compared to traditional autoclaving.

Hogeschool InHolland: testing strength of mycelium biocomposites

Boonzaak: develop new tempeh specialities and edible mycelium 

Groot Packaging: develop mycelium applications for floriculture
